was searchin about on how to overclock and i found this little nugget of info! Basically Intel said they would give 5 processors to someone who could break the 3D mark 05 and 06 world record with a single CPU and a sinlge GPU. This guy got, wait for it, 90 230, not a typo! ninety thousand two hundred and thirty 3D marks To put in perspective I have a 6750@2.6ghz and an 8800GTX and i got 11,000 marks! It was 3DMark 2001 he got he 90 grand and not he latest versions. Make sure your comparing the correct version. |
