Not a chance it has 16gb ram. That would make it a 64bit system.

my N95 has a nice new 4Gb micro SD card in it which it can use :D

Although they don't have any way to expand the storage these SE phones are also 8gb and are rather swish

the bottom one has exactly the same software as my P990i

(sprog nephew has it)
