it's because sony used rumble without paying the inventors or whatever for it
guess they came to an agreement or something

oh yeah there was a big dispute involving Microsoft and sony wasnt there?? i heard Tendo wer the only ones who used it above board, Patent violations or something....

But the PS2 had rumble in their Dualshock pads dating back to the PS1, Nintendo had those rumble packs.
Who did invent it?
