OK, assuming all things are even, both cost the same, essentially have the same range of games and the games cost the same etc.....

So totally based on which you think looks nicest, performs the best and keeps doors wedged open the best.

If the Playstation 3 had the same online capabilities of the X-box then there would simply be no need for the X-box tbh. 8)

Playstation 3 in my opinion is the best machine performance wise and will be getting one in the middle of next year as it should be cheaper then and great games are being released then. :)



As for a door stop....well the 360 will do you....especially if it's lights turn red :P

most ppl here are 360 heads....on account of us all owning PCs :)

and because most people are impatient, and right now there's nothing you should own other than a 360 (and a wii of course :P ), i'd say its not that surprising a result.

I would say PS3. I have played the 360 alot and it doesnt interest me much. to be honest if you have a pc there is no need for a 360

Have to agree tbh, most of the decent 360 games are coming out on the P.C anyway and look much better than they did on the console. But until I can throw about £400 for a console I'll be sticking to ye auld P.c

Watch the price of the PS3 drop early next year, a lot of offers going around at the moment. Christmas is a possibility but I'd hang back until around Q2 of next year.

xbox360 for online stuff, ps3 for its motion sensor stuff :) (at least for now)

i'd probably go for the ps3, its online capabilities will only improve, but the xbox won't suddenly get motion sensoring :)
