Right, so i've finally moved back home from another year at uni. In my room I've got my pc connectted to the router wirelessly as my rooms quite far from it. So i was wondering how do i go about, getting xp to transfer to connection through an Ethernet cable to my xbox, then hopefully connect to xbox live. i've tried sharing the connection and what not but haven't managed to get it working. Any ideas?

Not just connect wirelessly with the 360 aswell?
Although, don't you have to buy more bits from M$ to do that with the 360?
My PS3 has all that built in already so not sure with the 360.

yeah a wireless adapter is an extra on the 360, think its like 60quid aswell  _________________

You also have to bridge the connections on your pc.In network connections Highlight the 2 network connections , , your wireless one and the one that you have your xbox plugged into,right click and bridge them,

cheers, got it sorted, a bit of network bridging and forcing something or other into promiscuous mode. connection aint that bad either.
