I've seen this footage, as well.... just couldn't understand how a man who is paralyzed from the chest down can be seen on camera tapping his foot after the incident... _________________  ~ Seek not without, but deep within ~

THe race card never plays both was..... its always one sided. personally i just look at it as the police person who is given a certain degree of authority (which should be given to them as they only have a f*ckin highschool diploma which any half a moron could get) which gives them a god complex and when not obeyed they frequently lash out at people, so she said get up he didnt, she got mad, lashed out, law suit, loss of job, money to him, end of story
