lol...yup...

on listening to the interview.... i cant help but have the feeling...this guy is grinning from ear to ear when the topic of cod mw2 come up and the uproar about no dedicated server support....
this is a much better open interview than the infin ward one....

That looks like a more flashy version of BF2 to me, which isnt that good a thing. Alot will depend on how nerfed the weapons are. Nothings wrecks an fps so much as using 10 bullets to the head and they are merely wounded. Christ on a bike, i wish developers would recognise that basic fact. It goes all the way back to say 'International karate' on 8 bit machines were a damn decent punch to the head would deck your opponent, just like real life.

bf2 aint so bad with the 1.50 patch..plus..dont have much problem being killed in fh or killing someone.....

bad company...has a new engine.......... and also...with the so called destroy anything effects...if it plays like that... then wow..... its ok with me....

Is there a BF2 revival going on that im unaware of (especially with gchq)?

New the new engine does allow wow effects as well as destruction scenery which will have tatical ramifications. It does depend how much of it is actually destructable...i very much doubt all of it will be. This was tried ages ago by another fps game based on mars i think (i forget its name), due to technical limitations this so called special feature turned out to be a very damp squib. My point still stands that this still looks like an updated bf2. Gameplay is where its at, not shiny bells and whistles. Oh and ffs make the helis handle like Dc helis..not those shit BF Vietnam helis.

that looks absolutely fantastic to be honest, but im a big fan of bad company 1.

to moo. in bad company 1 you can destroy absolutely everything except the frames and floors of buildings. all walls, fences, scenery can be destroyed. its a brilliant feature i think, if your getting slaughtered by a sniper and spot him in a window, fire a grenade or something at the wall and suddenly mr sniper has no cover 8)

ill be buying this for sure
