why am i lagging so much what spec do i need to run it

ive got
duel 64 pross 4000+
3.5 ram
8800 gt oc
vista home

specs fine..you sure your on a uk server.?

try uk rackage........ or hypermnia uk london...

ill look around the forums..but can be anything fron gfx driver..to sumat running on ya machine.

Drivers, vista or its guessed to high a spec for you.
Your setup is better than mine, i only lag at the bomb when its busy.

Chances are it's trying to run in DX10 (if you're on Vista and an 8800 card), which is a bit shit at the moment.

Try this:
