Just found this somewhere else whilst noseying through stuff.
If you are still having problems saving the GCHQ servers to your favourites or are just too damned lazy to find them for yourself. Find the Gamesettings file in your BFBC2 folder, or on vista/win7 in documents under BFBC2.
Then add the following line just above the bottom line which should be Recent games....

This should now add the 2 GCHQ servers to your favourites list. Job done.
