Got one the other day, but I'm having trouble to get it connected to my wireless router. If anyone professes to be an expert in this head achingly matters, please let me know so I can get it sorted!! Cheers in advance, hopefully! PS. Who else has one? I've got Tony Hawks new game, motorstorm and resistance if anyone fancies a blast once it's online

what have you tried? Pretty much everything except a large hammer. Thing is, I don't even know for sure that the router is even correctly set up to allow connection, gets IP etc... then fails on DNS every time, which means bugger all to me

A lot of people sit on the fence and argue which is best, owning both, what's your opinion so far of each consoles strong and weak points? |

so far i perfere my xbox(when it works that is) all my games on the xbox played at 1080, all the games i have for the ps3 are 720 so far But still too early to tell, need more games to play, |

Had some good games on it, didnt really like bioshock and halo was pretty average in my opinion. i loved quake 4 and pefect dark which i got with it. also really enjoyed dead rising and eventually managed to finish it. rainbow was really good especially online. That brings me onto live, the redeaming feature of the 360 and in my mind the main advantage over the ps3, brilliantly designed and a dodle to use, makes gaming just that more fun online. i dont think we have really seen much of the ps3 yet, i mainly use mine for bluray playback which is brill. I enjoyed resistance and will be looking forward to the next one although i wouldnt say it was stunning. COD4 i have on ps3 and the single player is wonderful, especially the sniper mission, some of the best gaming ive had for a long time. Bring on "home" MGS and killzone i say!! looking forward to Haze also. in my opinion Crysis is the must have game atm if you have a p.c that can run it. |

I played halo 3 on my new tv in 1080P it looked damn amazing, then tried my PSP Slim n lite haha, it was funny and crap quality but from a 2-3" screen via component cable to my 40" i didnt expect much 
Anyhoo, im thinking of getting a PS3 and just having it folding 24/7 games are too expensive to even bother playing.. But i still just like to watch past games i had on my lil old crappy 15" CRT style TV in full 1080P on 40" of LCD ahh man i realy was missing out! |

Massive i tell ya. Think of it as have a 8800 Ultra and playing a game on medium settings... and then playing it on Full... there is a diff

1080i is basically half the information from a 1080P signal flashed back and forth, its kinda lame tbh as its basically still running at 1366x768 
whereas 1080P is full 1920x1080 pixels, but still dragoncarp is right, although its a massive jump in pixels, it still takes a trained eye to distinguish between the two |
