seems a bit silly to be worrying about that when you're going to have gunshots and explosions blaring out your speakers/headset... you wont hear the PC even if it is loud.

Need to upgade in order to run BF3. So far I was thinking: Case: Cooler Master Silencio 550 £65 CPU cooler: Antec KÜHLER H2O 620 £45 CPU: Core i5 I5-2500K 6 MB £164 Ram: Kingston HyperX Genesis (2 x 4 GB (8 GB) / DDR3 SDRAM / PC3-12800 / 1600 MHz/ CL9 / 1.65 V) £41 MB: Gigabyte GA-Z68AP-D3 (rev. 1.0) £78 Already have: PSU: Corsair TX750W V2 GFX: GTX 480 (Thanks to Trev) GFX Cooler: Zalman VF3000F Any suggestions to changes are welcome. Update: Case: Fractal design R3 - A bit more expensive but much better airflow and lower temp Cooler: Noctua NH-D14 or NH-C14.. Not sure which is best.

As far as I can see on the tests the H80 only cools a tiny bit better but makes more noise and is more expensive (around £32 more).. Unless I'm wrong? Good perfomance with low noise is what I'm looking for but dont know what to pick. I'm aiming for a quite PC that performs well. As far as I can see Noctua NH-D14 and NH-C12P SE14 cools better and is more quite but maybe I'm overlooking something? Yes I've read all the reviews I could find about the case. Including that one. They don't say it's no good for overclocking. They say it's no good if you want to overclock to the limit of what the CPU can take. Ofc a case with foam will keep more of the heat inside compared to one without foam and slow fans will pump out less air than fans that spin like mad Thing is I want a quite PC. I would rather sacrifice the last 10% performance in overclocking than having a PC that sounds like its about to take-off with afterburners on. Got any other suggestions to a silent case that isnt dirt expensive but with better cooling? Maybe I'm the only one that cares about how much noise a PC makes?
