Hi Guys Just to let you know some dirty Boxhead bastard hacked my EA/Origin Account... Sorted now by a very nice EA employee  Basically he hacked me through my Gmail account, not anymore he won't  Have a good christmas everyone and a happy new year  _________________  LIGHTEN UP! REMEMBER its just a GAME!!!

His/hers email addy is awdawd11@hotmail.de Its most probably isn't their propper email, but if anyone has any suggestions how to mess with it please feel free to let me know.... How's he gotten hold of your info in the first place? You may have a key logger on your comp, or some other software giving away your info. Feck knows mate... I have different passwords on my gmail, EA, and Facebook, so it could be a key logger or something similiar. just checking my comp out now lol  _________________ LIGHTEN UP! REMEMBER its just a GAME!!!

Key loggers have been know to arrive with a scuppered flash updater. In fact this has been a favourite for some time.
Can you recall updating anything of late whether flash or not, from any site you've visited?

Not updated anything that I don't normally update but then I do download stuff off Newsgroups quite a bit, but never had any probs till now.

It only takes the once bud, but it does sound to me like either a keylogger or some such prog you've got on there. He's been gathering info for a little time and decided to act upon it. I think I've sorted it... he was a persistant bugger, after I sorted my EA account out, he tried to change my password again... think whoever it was has given up... All my passwords have been changed and my comp is now clean, and I've installed a keystroke encrypter... so hopefully if whoever it was trys again they'll hit a brick wall.
