All current members of the GCHQ WoT Squad are Deputy Commanders (except me, but mine carries no extra duties, just the duty to shell out 2,500 gold to create it and buy a logo) This means you can recruit and promote for the group. Please do so. If you find people you like in game and they are willing to TS and put up with the likes of us, give 'em a chance. Please don't promote them past 'Soldier' unless you're absolutely certain they are GCHQ material (whatever that is  ).
