well what it is when i go to get in to like my e-mail addresses it just comes up with page cannnot be displaed i have tryed using firefox but that doesnt even connect to the internet and i do have my firewall disabled can any one help

What the blazes are you talking about?

If its windows explorer then tell us the application name.
If its Internet Explorer then tell us more about what url, and exaclty what your trying to achiveve please.

once i had a virus that killed certain sites like ebay/hotmail etc..

had to use firefox/netscape to get around it

had to reinstall to fix it

have you got all security updates/ service pack 2 etc?

internet explorer and windows explorer are different..
