Hmm well I'm no expert but the capacitors look ok :S, well anyway thanks a lot for your help guys I'm out for tomorrow so won't be able to come onto forum but I'll tell my dad who is quite a miracle / genius worker when it comes to any electronics so hopefully he'll fix it somehow.
If not I think I'll just..try return the PSU or something :/..
Keep posting any other ideas you guys might come up with, I particularly want to know if it powering on for a split second can tell me anything useful..like 'oh that means its a blah blah fault'.
Oh and the power supply came with the Case, so I had no choice ..and I had a tight budget :<

my guess is it's your PSU. that's why you have to reset it at the plug before it'll try and boot up again.
seen it before, but in my case it would boot up fine after you reset the plug....where as yours just shuts off after a few secs. So maybe it's the CPU.
One way to find out
If you have an old/spare PSU put that in and test it.
(if it's a low powered one...just dont plug in your graphics card. you only want to see it it will boot up, so on board graphics will do in this case)
if you bring it to someplace to get it fixed, basically all they'll do is this, and you'll pay 50 quid for them to do it. So if you can just test a different PSU

Ok I tried to hook up the PSU from my old computer to dead one but the power cables are slightly different -.- so not compatible and won't even fit in the slot..
On other news, I really think its the PSU so I'm going to try and return it, how does this sound??
'Suddenly my computer turned itself off whilst simply listening to music. My case has a very cool temperature even on hot days, averaging around 30c so I don't think overheating is an issue, it is just merely a faulty power supply.
Ideally I want to replace just the power supply, but I understand the case is bundled with the power supply so this may be difficult, so replacing the case and power supply is an acceptable alternative.
Thanks!'
I lied about simply listening to music, I was playing Ra2 but I didn't want them being tards and saying 'oh maybe the game made your computer too hot' or crap like that..
EDIT: Ok..well that was easy o.O, I've asked them to come and collect my case+psu on monday and am waiting for comformation..
