i load up css and after about 5 seconds it goes like this:  i am currently reinstalling as when i last installed i had to restart several times bcuz of various updates and other issues that appeared... it may also be linked to my graphics card problem? _________________  Games: DC, CSS, BF2, Insurgency, Cod2, Cod4, Cod5, BFBC2, Surpreme Commander, Hidden Source, bfbc2/vietnam, Cod black ops, need for speeds (underground 1 and 2, prostreet, hot pursuit, most wanted), juiced 1 and 2, im sure theres more...

reinstalled the game and still get the same problem... any one got any ideas on what could be wrong?

If its just css, uninstall and make sure all valve/steam entries are removed from registry before re-installing.
If your having gpu problems then that could be a likely cause tbh.
