just rang up yet again, asked to be put on to the superviser/manager/anyone that has a clue.

a woman called janet came on the phone who basically fobbed me off saying they cant do anything yet asw they are waiting for the manufacturuer. I asked about the last email they sent appoligising about the delay and saying they will refund the account asap. and that its been 2 weeks since that email. She apoligised about that and said they can only do a refund when they get confirmation from the manufactururer.

what can i do there just fobbing me off here since december 14th!!!!!!!!
