im getting dl speed max of about 250kbps from every site i try. should i be getting more? is it my ISP? my router? or my P.C?

The only speed problem I had was when I went over this new "limit" that carphone craphouse introduced without informing me.

I was restricted to basically 1/10th of my max down speed.

Is it possible you've used more than your limit? I know it's "unlimited", but 99% of providers, Unlimited means "fair usage". Whereas AOL i'd chew threw 60Gb+ a month without fair usage, a lot of other ISPs seem to think around 10Gb is a fair usage, and anything over is abuse...

Phone them up and check?
