well thanks for all your help i decided to go with this set up

Could have gone for a different core and got a better GFX Card. (quads don't seem to be very suppoted lately, but don't take my word for it, I've never tried one. I know dual Core is better than the single for responsiveness and I'll never touch a single core EVER again)
