i know its bf2.. but.. if there is something similar.. worth a shot

Just so you know that could mean 1 of two things (i'm afraid its bad news)

1. you PSU is starting to give out and cannot give enough power to your system
2. Your motherboard is begining to fail and cannot give enough power to the port to run the device.
3. Possible that your mouse is too new and cannot run on a USB1.1 port. However this is extremly unlikely.
