Post subject:  beeing disconnected from trilo and eve every 15-20 minutes
I get this all day long and its driving me mad.

looked around in my router settings and could not find a idle timer of any sort.

the thing is it disconnects me for a split second. i can log rigth back in no problem also when i download something i get no problems. thos problem occurs so far in 3 dif situasjons.

bf2 between maps

the router i have is a Sitecom Broadband xDSL/Cable Router DC-202

Checked and no firmware update for this fecker

Help someone before I burn down someones house welsh style

I had a similar problem once, it was a safecom router, it was overheating I believe, it was supposed to be sat vertical but I had it lying flat...
I replaced it anyway for a linksys which only disconnects me now and again, but I think I sussed the reason for that aswell....

I had the same problem with my router before, every time CSS changed maps
I would get disconnected. I also think it was due to overheating.

I ended up buy a new one Asus WL-500g (wireless + 4 point switch)


Move it away from heat :P but I already told you that on MSN :P :lol:
