Halflife, CSS, DODS all installed fine but when you start them to play they begin to start then just shut down, no error msg's or nothing
really wish I didnt upgrade
anyone else have any problems?

Media center is just XP Pro, that have a new skin, and some added functionallity. So it's most likely not because of the OS. |

GFX card driver issue maybe? have you updated atall? if your using an ATI card then try using the 'hacked/modified' drivers available from omegadrivers. i can send you the drivers and the modding tool if you are. otherwise just try upgrading them from you card manufacturers website |

thanks guys, I did manage to get it working, a re-install of direct x 9C did the trick many hours and XP MC is Poo
