Has anyone here switched from 'WindowsUpdate' to 'Microsoft Update'? Is it just more genuine advantage popup shit? :?

Microsoft Update only does from O/S's 2000 SP3 and later, but also updates MS Office, SQL server & Exchange server.

Windows Update does all supported O/S's but not the applications.

on how desperate you are to keep your Office 2003 patched up.
On a PC I guess it's fine.

As for the SQL/Exchange updating, I'd just subscribe to the Technet flash stuff so you can decide what patches if any you want.
