need some advice on pc packages, (this isn't for me it's for family friends) not looking for any pc peripherals just the hardware components and case just a tower : basically a bog standard pc which for basic purposes because his old 1 i way too slow, so basically looking between £200-£400 just able to do the standard things, not games etc. i'm thinking about 1gig ram, even 512 would do, any processor to be honest, dont think old people can fill hard disk space so no worries there, about 100GB onwards. basic graphics card, not for gaming. see what packages you can come up with which is value for money for the budget there, baring in mind its for old people, so they wont be building it them selves. ta |

Dell Europe would most likely be your best bet, my auntie got a package comp from them just a few weeks ago, pritty good for a package and reasonably cheap. I think they paid £350 and it had a Tft. |
