ok..my comp came with 2 1394 net adapter 'thingies'. Are these do-dars which allow me to use the net remotely (provided i have the right modem). if so..does it affect ping? i'd like to play bf2 etc and obviously dont want a high ping due to these thingies. ta in advance. |

no - they are firewire jobbies, and won't be of any real use. Get an ethernet card, or use a USB modem |

lol - well, you can network two PC's together with firewire cards, not that it helps..
