I had this error before and had to format to fix!
Itunes suddenly stopped working on my windows x64 pc! i need this as i have bought music off it!
anyone else had this problem?

I had this error before and had to format to fix! Itunes suddenly stopped working on my windows x64 pc! i need this as i have bought music off it!

Not certain about this mate, but I'm guessing it is an error with your quicktime installation - which is crucial to itunes. 1st try uninstalling quicktime (delete EVERYTHING - preferably using the uninstall icon, but otherwise with a long manual search and delete), then download the latest version an reinstall. Sometime the installation of itunes corrupts quicktime. If this doesn't work, instal the Quicktime Alternative Codec, then used 7 zip to extract the files from iTunesSetup.exe. Run the iTunes installer from the extracted files and then the quicktime installer runs automatically. If this doesn't work......I'm short on further thoughts....ANYONE??? |

i uninstalled quicktime, no difference i uninstlled an update for windows it works! WOOHOO! |
