Validation Incomplete: Unable to Perform Validation[0x80080299] Why didn’t my machine complete validation? You have encountered an unknown error. Please contact your local product support team for further assistance with this issue. my copy is definitely legit, xp home from about 5 years ago or more. so why is it saying failed |

Hard drive : How big is the physical drive?? XP witn no SP will only recognize 130gb. Right click my computer, choose manage, click on disk Management, whch will show you if the drive is being seen as the right size. and if there is any unused space that you can make into a partition. (The only way to make the drive the size of the partion is a) resinstall XP with SP2 included, b) use partition magic to resize the current partition). Otherwise its 2 partitions for you meladdie. Floppy : on mobo bios, disable floppy presence, disable floppy controller to solve. USB 2 : Install all drivers that came with the motherboard to solve. |
