my friends got this problem... this is what he wrote on another forum..

When i click into a server it loads to sending client info....But at that point it gets stuck & freezes. So i clicked cancel & i tried it again & it loaded the server up straight away no hasle....however....as soon as it gets me into the server it then chucks me straight out again & says...

Error:Verifying User ID invalid......WTF??

i cant get into any server anymore & so i am at a loss.....its been 2 weeks now without CSS!! ahhhh!!! :P


any suggestions...??

restart computer should work......but if its been two weeks i'd imagine he already has


he's not VAC banned is he?

is it a "legitamite" version of the game?
