i get the feeling there is a problem with my graphics drivers

it only happens when i am playing need for speed underground... it freezes and then my hole computer freeses them goes to this... but it only happens once... pnce i turn my computer on...


sorry for any spelling mistakes as i have typed this while my screen was like it...

How many times does that happen and what software have you install recently? Also do some scan for spyware etc. >.>

If that doesn't fix it then send another reply and I'll research it if someone doesn't know.

EDIT: And yeah, looks like a card fault... but it could be something else. I seem to remember having that at one point and it sorta wore itself away. So I didn't bother asking, lol

Looks like either a dodgy driver if you are lucky, more likely a dodgy card :|

it only happens once, after i turn my computer on when i get home from school... and it has been happening since i formatted (hense y i said it was graphics fault... but i ment driver...)

havent installed nothing RECENTLY but its been happening since i formatted... everything i have installed now... i installed the day after i formatted...

will scan spyware etc... now and see what i get... but its 1 of the things i havent got round to getting one installed... i have the files but not installed them.

forgot to say...

it sometimes freezes and locks up completely... sometime it locks up and then lets me do stuff again... and sometimes it just freeze and unlocks itself and lets me carry on as normal.

You can check which drivers you have...

Go into your nVidia settings and it'll tell you. Be pretty useless if it didn't, lol

one of mine started doing that as well on the random :(

agreed overheating - seems to have resulted in non fixable damage.
