the last time that happened to me was caus ethe Uni's filter was filtering fast enough... and blocked it half way through loading...

refreash the cache when you reload the page. I know that if you use firefox you press shift when you press the reload button. i dont know what to use on filthy IE

it happens when the StyleSheet (CSS) doesn't load.
usually happens if it takes long to load the page, or could happen by error in transfer
(seems to be mostly Firefox based issue)

CTRL + F5 (refresh) usually fixes it for me

Press shift ctrl del whilst you are at it, clear cache and all the other bumph - then close your browser and restart.

If it still doesn't work - get Opera instead - or be a man, use IE (hehe)
