...that was. Lets just say I'm Glad thats over and am mistified at why the problem was solved but happy nothing has to get RMA'd. No LAN card after 4 installs but then it just appeared after a random period of time after I was ready to take it all apart and send it back but just wanted a little look at the graphics card before I did.

w00t 8800GTS is niceeeeee COD2 looks great at 1680x1050 with everything turned up and runs so smooth

6300 C2D straight up to 2.56Ghz on a 1464 FSB going to look further in a bit but dont really need to.
