Ok so uv'e got a G-15, and whats the best setup for it your wondering?

Well firstly make sure you've got the latest Software from logitech

Secondly got get LCDStudio (http://www.lcdstudio.com)

and then install this selection of screens for it.

For things like the CPU temp's to report to your screen you need to install speedfan. For winamp screens to appear you need winamp, for FPS to appear you need FRAPS etc etc.

Individual Games

Counter Strike Source - To become the ultimate stat whore you need this excellent plugin. http://www.echovoice.com/echovoice/phpBB2/index.php

It provides you with how many kills you've done with each gun, you KD ratio, your damage ratio and all sorts.

BF2 / BF2142 - Go get this plugin, http://www.g15forums.com/forum/showthread.php?t=1104

Amazing that, tells you all your stats ingame.

Hope this info helps some people setup their G15 nicely. I will add more stuff to this post if people post up good suggestions, or I find anything usefull.

Rays g15 plugin for winamp

This is awesome, a must have

Image

1) Put gen_15_ray.dll in your winamp plugins folder.
2) Have fun

Softkey 1 (default)
Winamp spectrum
Winamp title
Winamp song length
Winamp Song duration
Winamp song position (progressbar)
Softkey 2 (playlist)
Use volume wheel to scroll through playlist.
press play key to play song.
Softkey 3 (Volume Control)
Hit softkey multiple times to get different mixers.
Use volume wheel to set volume.
Returns to Winamp screen after 2 seconds of inactiviy
Softkey 4 (configuration)
Use scrollwheel to scroll through options
Use Playkey to toggle the selected option.

rays plug in is the best , i have for traffic whatch G15NetSpeed 0.0.6 cool toll to look the traffic in and outgoing when u playing and see a lag faster comming . u can loade it in the logi forum or at the apps side :thumbl:
