The icon is broken, anyone know and fixes that actually work?

Thanks for help forcey but unfortunately that didn't work, however, I did lots of searching on forums and such, and came across one person who deleted a registry entry and then the icon came back. I attempted this myself and it worked like a charm!  .
For future reference heres a screenshot of where the icon is, simply go to; - Run (windows key + r) - Type regedit - Go through the folders that are at the bottom of window in the screenshot below..
