This may be a dumb question, but is there some sort of software that will allow me to make my volume louder than the max it can currently go, I can get sound very very loud with just my speakers but with headphones it's too quiet.. ![]() |

on board or dedicated soundcard? have you checked in control panel to see if there is a function similar to the one found on the xfi 'Smart Volume Management' ![]() check that first ![]() |

![]() you sure your headphones are plugged into the right socket? ie headphones not line out? try swapping them over... and you have adjusted the volume level for that individual socket? |

have a look at the wave on the control panel for sound, sometimes certain software will change the level on this, dunno why ![]() but make sure its turned up fully |
