close steam, delete clientregistry.blob from your steam folder then restart steam

When i try to start ETQW it says ETQW is currently unnavailable. Please try again later.

download the demo from fileshack or the GCHQ ftp server, i got a real speedy connection and it worked fine _________________

got it workin now by doin that .blob thing
HOWEVER
bioshock demo dont work lol

if steam is acting up, always quit steam, delete ClientRegistry.blob and restart steam.
