close steam, delete clientregistry.blob from your steam folder then restart steam

Ok thats workin now! weeheee! When i try to start ETQW it says ETQW is currently unnavailable. Please try again later. its been saying it all night

Please try again later. its been saying it all night same for me, never could get it to work guess its a problem with running quake in steam on vista. download the demo from fileshack or the GCHQ ftp server, i got a real speedy connection and it worked fine |

as they said. if steam is acting up, always quit steam, delete ClientRegistry.blob and restart steam. |
