Post subject:  PC wont start.

Got home from work today and switched on pc but nothing.
Thinking it's maybe the psu but there is a external usb hub and the lights are on it are working but the lights on the psu are not working :?
Any suggestions and is it possible for parts of the psu to pack in and still allow some power to get through?

The hub has an external power supply but not plugged in.
I'll hope it's the psu, got a mate trying to get his hands on one just now but not looking good so i'll probably try and get one tomorrow.
