Gents I have no internet where im living im streaming radion & telly from the aireal ....the radio is pre set stations and i want Capital radion but obviously cant tune it in ... question is there a radio tuner i can download i know nothing of this ...... many thanks |

Yep, so your PC is working? Have you tried a wireless card for ya PC and making a DIY antenna. Then dangle your bits out the windows to pick up a signal? There's bound to an unsecured network drifing around somewhere. |

a lot of tv tuner cards will do fm radio. just google fm tuner card for example wintv, a well known brand, comes with a fm athenna http://www.hauppauge.com/html/wintv_pci_datasheet.htm should do what you want, but i think there are cheaper alternatives out there |
