Lately I've noticed server various pixels on my screen keep flickering from along lines of an image sometimes or horizontal lines (about 10 px) that keep flickering... any ideas? I'm thinkin vid card/drivers... not sure though..
Monitor is Samsung 226BW
GFX Card is BFG 8800GTS 640MB OC1 (Driver 163.71) although it was the same with the previous drivers. (I think it may have been there a while I just never noticed it before...)

have you got another gfx card to try in your pc?
if you do,put it in and see if its still the same.
