It hasn't worked in it for awhile now but now I find it slightly annoying, it works fine on everything else (TS, Vent), but no one can hear me on CSS. I've got my Voice settings all ticked and on full on the options, and same for my Sound settings in control panel. any ideas? EDIT: Fixed My mic wasn't my default recording device, I had to right click it, and click 'Set as default' . |

You guys should stop muting diablo whenever he joins the server, it's just not funny anymore okay?! Fraid not mate, no idea - if it's all checked in your options to use voice and it works in other games, then dunno. I'd just recheck the "enable voice". When you press the "speak" key (is it k?) - do you see a lil speaker like symbol appear? |

Diablo, do this Code: Control Panel > Sound and Audio Devices > Audio [Tab] > Sound Recrording [section] > [Select your microphone] > Apply [button] > Voice [tab] > Voice Recording [section] > [Select your microphone] > OK [button]. TS and Vent allow you to specify within the program which sound card you wanna use for recording. Whereas CSS and other games will use the default windows assigned soundcard. Also, make sure in volume control that your mic is turned up, has DB+20 Boost on and is ticked in the Recording menu How to get to the recording menu Code: Volume Control >
Properties > [Select the correct sound card] > Recording [radio button] > OK > Select Microphone [tick box] That should work. If that doesn't check the ingame settings for Voice. |
