Right, i know you used not to be able to do this dunno about now though.

But if you have an @btinternet.co.uk email account you could only send emails from the online emailing.

you could receive emails to an email box, just not send them.

So my question is if i set my email up on windows mail, or outlook. Is there a way i can use my email to the full effect. Or is it still the same as before. Recieve on outlook, send through bt.yahoo.com.

I think you need to use authenticated SMTP on BT servers (properties of SMTP server, set it to use your POP3 username/password)

Aye they allow you too see it on your account page?

Otherwise ive heard that you can email them about it..i think.

....and use Thunderbird instead of the MS offerings :thumbr:
