there are websites that do it... but most do it to a really low quality...

I used to love listening to some of the old Yngwie Malmsteen with it's nice mix of classical style and electric guitar.
Was nice in places.

the youtube downloader says it can download the videos... or the song itself for ipod, iphone, mp3 etc...
