Not sure if it's the same thing, is it the same thing as below?

If it's sending messages to everyone on her MSN list then it's not a local virus.
A few of my mates had clicked on the "Click here for a program that tells you who's blocked you on MSN" links and entered in their username and password. ( )

Since they done that it's routinely spammed me with convos advising me to click the link and see how cool the program is along with porn advertisements.

If it is the above then it's not a virus, it's a bot that logs into their account and spams the link to the person MSN contacts.
Logs on every 6 hours or so and spams the link, then logs off again.

Possibly, I told him to try it but he never responded. vOv
Been blocked for months now as it was pissing me off so much.

Would have thought once the bot had the password and username it would go in and change their password?

if that fails... u can normally google the problem and find some step by step to remove the virus... (assuming normal routes, i.e. antivirus and such dont work)

I had the same thing a while back, everyone was quizzing me why I was sending dodgy links to them and I was clueless. Changed password hasn't happened since (that I know of).
