my friend has just lent me his
17" LCD TFT 1770 A/MG
it's probly like 5-6 years old..... but i had a massive CRT that really needed to go..
i feel like the picture quality on this LCD is worse than the CRT
i notice you can see the horizontal scan lines, especially in games i notice the picture is less pretty....it's basically appears like some kind of filter in photoshop that adds straight lines that are in blocks one on top of each other...
the optimal resolution is 1280 x 1024....... and refresh rate at 60hz...
any higher refresh rate and the lines become very much flickery/noticable....
is there anything you think i can do to optimize this monitor for gaming?
text and colour appears more sharper and vibrant on here though i must say....
