Anyone using this?

I have a very irritating problem with integration of Outlook 2003 / 2007 to this product.
May be due to the amount of emails in my customers inbox, but it does not sync the emails into the history / notes section to keep a record of information going in and out of the database.

Tried using the ACT! support site and thats not helping at all.

It seems to be a common problem that its just a SHIT!! product. One of the employee's rated it so highly and well what a load of ass.

Anyway, if anyone could give some pointers or tweaks on the problem that would be fab...

-Tried simple set-up of integration, and outlooks interface loads once email address is clicked within contact (Thats just the default program kicking in not the integration). The email is sent and recieved according to the outlook program BUT, no record within ACT!...

Next thing to try is to set up a dummy database within ACT! using my email system which is far less, couple of hundred emails, compared to 8,000 emails on my customers inbox alone.

-They use an email marketing product called SWIFT I believe, this sends out masses amount of emails which does integrate well with ACT!... So im not sure if its just Microsoft or Sage shit integration techniques, but its proving a huge pain in the arse.
