Can you clone an win 7 system drive on a normal mechanical drive to a SSD eg by using norton ghost for instance?

Just ordered a 64GB SSD drive just for Windows and a SATA II 1TB Seagate Drive for storage/games/apps/pron. Around £120 all in, which I think isn't bad. (Currently got a 120Gb IDE drive with SATA converter and 500GB drive for everything else). I've read you can switch off your pagefile, hibernation and Superfetch as it makes no difference to the OS once you have an SSD.

Looking at some news this week it looks like prices are going to start going up for everything so seems a good time to buy. Just got to hope now that Windows 7 SP3 doesn't break the 64Gb barrier :/

Crucial 64GB SSD from Ebuyer. Couldn't see a lot of difference between them TBH.
