my friends just got a mac... and she cant install itunes on it (i may have laughed at that and wasnt that helpful XD)
any ideas what could be stopping it? or things to try?
dont have a clue which version is on there... she just said its old...

Did she actually say what OS version she's running? Its not an old G3 with OS9 cause you OSX 10.5 for the latest version to work...  _________________

I thought the mac was user friendly, intuitive and simple - surely she can find model/make etc reeeaaalllly easily. Wait, I'm not helping.
