17/19 inch LCD monitor needed

Hey folks, i'm after a flat monitor to replace my bulky CRT.

All my requirements are is that its update rate is pretty damn fast so I can play fast games on it.

when im pinging 30ms, that's another 26% on the time it takes for me to see them on my screen.
