Ok, this has always made me feel on edge, seeing cheaper prices than retail, but I don't actually trust the internet and I also don't know what to do when I order things and they're not of the standard that it should be. (Sending products back)
I'm thinking of buying my new computer online from mainly aria.co.uk I think. But what is the usual policy for most websites on sending back the products and also I never seem to see anywhere on websites that actually state what their delivery charges are, and at the moment it looks like novatech because they're a short drive from me and I've used them before. >.>;
Can someone gimme some tips on this and what I should look for when buying online? I tend to stick with retail.

You can get some right bargains online, but yeah understand your doubts. Your covered in the uk by certain rights, which you'll be able to find fully on the trading standards website.
You're local council should also have trading standards officers who I have had to use before, when a companies next day delivery didnt happen for 2 weeks.
The trading standards people are very good with their advice, and if you follow it and let the company know that you are in contact with them then you'd be amazed how much more quickly your problem gets sorted. Threat only works against UK companies though.

i used aria.co.uk for my PSU kimick... they took it back and sent me a new one... they paid p&p to my house and when we sent it back they paid us back for the p&p again... then paid it again for sending the new one..

You also have the standard credit-card protection on all orders over £100 - should things ever go really wrong.

I don't actually own a credit-card. 
I'm under 18, so I'm not actually eligible. 
EDIT: I use Solo (Debit-card if you like...?) Which become very annoying as most websites don't accept those cards.  _________________

Yeah, the area is a dump though. XD Just kidding. I remember my PC didnt work because i bought a new motherboard and my old memoery was incompatible. So I rode my bike from bedhampton to novatech lol . Took a wrong turning on the hill and got pretty close to fareham
Anyway....
Quite alot of places except solo actually, I've never really seen a place online that didnt. Most of the time if they dont except solo, youll be able to use paypal (you can sign up and just say your 18, they dont check )
I wouldnt be too worried about getting your money stolen with online banking/shopping. Just change your password to something likskjdf98034jm3]][;
(just mash the keyboard hehe) and write it down on paper. Also do spyware scans periodically and you should be fine. Normally delivery charges are stated as you go through the ordering proicess. If not there normally in the webpages FAQ or similar.
