do you need the EXACT same card for sli? i know i will need two 7900gts but do they have to be from the same make same revision etc?

like could i use a bfg 7900gt with an xfx one, as long as they have same clock speeds?

shouldn't be a problem anyhow it would just set itself to the lowest clock speed of the two graphics cards

i think its the same school as RAM, if you plug 667 RAM in with a 800 RAM, the 800 will run at 667, so you will loose performance, but i think as long as the chip, the memory and the clock speeds are the same it should be ok
